It’s that at time of year again… Payment Options below.

The Dues remain the same for 2025, your annual assessment of $500.00 is due on March 31st, 2025.

There is no online payment option. Payments need to be by check or cash.

Please make your payment by mailing a $500 check made out to: “Rhody Lane HOA”, to 13513 48th Ave SE, Snohomish, WA 98296, or you can walk your Check or Cash over to your Rhody Lane HOA Treasurer (Mark Ekman) at this address. (Green Rambler across from the Kids Play Area)

If you wish to Pay Semi-Annual you can, but must pay $270 by March 31st, 2025 and another $270 by September 30th, 2025. This must be done by Check or Cash. The added amount is to cover additional admin time but will go straight into our HOA Reserves for future project needs.

Note: If you prefer, most banks will let you use their Bill Payment option to send us a check for you straight from your bank account. Many HOA Homeowners use this option.
