Violation Notices
The first notice will be mailed first class mail, the following notices will be sent out via certified mail with a delivery confirmation requested. This will all be expensed to the homeowner. Any returned or unclaimed mail will not void any fines or fees assessed.
Fee Schedule
First Notice
- Written notice for the violation, whether new or repeated. 7 days to correct the violation.
Second Notice
- Written notice to be sent out to the Owner of continued or repeated violation 7 days.
- $25.00 (Twenty-Five Dollar) fine levied to the Owner.
- 7 days to correct the violation.
Third Notice
- Written notice to be sent out to the Owner of continued or repeated violation 14 days.
- $50.00 (Fifty Dollar) fine levied to the Owner.
- 7 days to correct the violation.
Fourth Notice
- Written notice to be sent out to the Owner of continued or repeated violation 21 days.
- $75.00 (Seventy- Five Dollar) fine levied to the Owner.
- 7 days to correct the violation.
Fifth & Final Notice
- Written notice to be sent out to the Owner of continued or repeated violation 28 days overdue. Board shall have the ability to lower violation if corrected to $75.00 (Seventy-Five Dollars) plus all expenses incurred.
- $100.00 (One Hundred Dollar) fine levied to the Owner.
- On the fifth and final notice the Association shall reserve the right to pursue any and all remedies within the declarations, rules and regulations, and State Law to remedy this violation. If fines are not paid current within two weeks a lien will be place on the home. At this point any and all legal bills will be the owners responsibility.
- $150.00 (One Hundred Fifty Dollar) fine every 30 days until the violation is corrected.
