Annual Meeting

Dear Homeowner, 

As the Managing Agent for your community, Rhody Lane Homeowner Association; I am sending this notice to all Owners on behalf of the Board of Directors to inform you of the upcoming Annual Meeting of the Membership.

The meeting will be held on January 11th, 2016 at 7:30 pm at the Advent Lutheran Church fellowship hall located at 4306 132nd St SE, Mill Creek 98012. 

All Owners are encouraged to attend this meeting, as the information discussed is important to every Owner.  

Items on the agenda for this meeting are:

  • 2016 Proposed Budget with Special Assessment
  • Board Elections

Enclosed you will find the proposed 2016 budget which includes a one-time Special Assessment in the amount of $120.00.  The reason for the assessment is to cover the cost of the new mailbox due to recent vandalism and to ensure there are enough funds to cover any future improvements. 

All Board positions are up for re-election this year, a proxy is enclosed for voting purposes, a fellow homeowner can vote on your behalf if you are unable to attend. Please ensure this is returned to us by no later than January 7, 2016 in order for your vote to count.
