New Business Includes - New building projects / houses, Front entrance damage,       Pavement by pond. Remove moss and pressure wash, Pond paved area blocking posts, Tops are rotting out. Cut down and reseal, Fence street side of pond needs soil removed underneath. Chain link is curling, Clean out back corner by p.nd,
* Elect Association Board Members
Discuss any maintenance anyone feels needs to be done this year.
